Alex is a Source of Inspiration
Alex spontaneously met a woman who has a son with Down syndrome last weekend at a New Year’s Eve party. When she learned of Alex and his DS Company, she was overwhelmed with a sense of familiarity and connectedness to Alex’s story and efforts. She began to weep with joy when she became aware of the fact that Alex channeled his disability into something amazing. Alex’s story inspired this lady so much and gave her hope that her son can too be capable of something great and bigger than himself. This moment was a one to remember because it reinforced the DS message; to spread awareness for Down syndrome in order to educate society of the special capabilities these unique people can bring to this world.
